U okviru prve faze projekta „Možeš i ti postati mladi preduzetnik grada Kragujevca“ koji finansira Ministarstvo omladine i sporta RS, a sprovodi Grad Kragujevac u partnerstvu sa Biznis inovacionim centrom, Univerzitetom u Kragujevcu i Kancelarijom za mlade, za polaznike obuka danas je organizovan info dan na kome je predstavljena dinamika održavanja modula poslovnih simulacija i prenosivih veština kao i kriterijumi za ocenjivanje poslovnih ideja. Do 15.a vgusta do kada je konkurs bio otvoren pristiglo je 25 prijava timova i pojedinaca.

U ime Biznis inovacionog centra polaznicima se obratio direktor Momčilo Sretenović koji se zahvalio svim aplikantima , partnerima na projektu i Ministarstvu omladine i sporta što je omogućilo da se realizuje jedan ovakav projekt koji sublimira većinu aktivnosti koje Biznis inovacionu centar sprovodi na popularizaciji i promociji preduzetništva, inovacija i startapova i podrške mladima. Direktor se na kraju  zahvalio svim polaznicima koji su aplicirali i poželeo im uspešan rad, sticanje novog znanja i dobro druženje.

U ime grada Kragujevca, polaznike obuka pozdravio je Stefan Jovanović, pomoćnik gradonačelnika za omladinu i saradnju sa Univerzitetom i tom prilikom izrazio uverenje da će im znanje i veštine koje steknu pomoći da ostvare poslovne planove. Svojim inovativnim idejama, predstavljate grupu ljudi koja je spremna da se odupre starom sistemu, započne nešto novo i razvije posao, poručio je Jovanović i poželeo im da iz ovog programa izađu zadovoljni, puni znanja i dobijenih sredstava a pokrenutim poslom budu predstavnici neke od uspešnih firmi u Kragujevcu.

Obukama su predviđena dva modula poslovnih obuka a to su poslovne simulacije i i unapređenje poslovnih veština. Sa prvim modulom kao i dinamikom održavanja obuka polaznike je upoznao Ivan Marković predstavnik BIC-a koji će voditi ove obuke, dok će obuke za unapređenje poslovnih veština držati predstavnici Univerziteta. Bojana Gerun Đokić iz Centra za razvoj karijere je uputila aplikante u dinamiku održavanja drugog modula kao i teme koje će tokom obuka proći sa polaznicima , a to su pisanje radne biografije, motivacionog pisma, zatim upravljanje vremenom, poslovna komunikacija, efektivno liderstvo i poslovna etika.

Nakon završenih obuka kandidati će prezentovati svoje ideje i biznis planove na javnoj prezentaciji pred Komisijom za ocenu poslovnih ideja i dodelu grantova čiji su članovi predsravnici Grada Kragujevca, Univerziteta, Biznis inovacionog centra i Kancelarije za mlade.

Ukupan iznos sredstava za osnivanje novih start-up kompanija je 2,4 miliona dinara.

INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE THIRD MISSION OF UNIVERSITIES IN SERBIA

The project is co-funded by Erasmus+EU programme, with 966.510 EUR, and implemented by consortium of 18 partners from Serbia, Great Britain, Austria, Portugal, Italy and Slovenia, which consists of five European universities (Brighton, Krems, Lisboa, Bari, Maribor), six universities from Serbia (Kragujevac, Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, Novi Pazar, Metropolitan), The Ministry of Education, Science and Technologycal Development, Intellectual Property Office, Technical College of Applied Sciences in Zrenjanin, three business incubators (Kragujevac, Belgrade, Novi Sad) and one company (Intranea).
The primary aim of the project, along with the two existing missions regarding education and research at universities in Serbia, is the development and implementation of the third mission which encompasses three dimensions: technology transfer and innovation, continuous education and social engagement of universities.
Apart from the improvement of legal and policy framework, with the objective of motivating professors, researchers and students at universities, their greater involvement in innovation activities and knowledge transfer, activities on the project will be oriented towards the development of:

  1. a targeted training programme for capacity improvement,
  2. a programme for raising technology readiness level,
  3. an annual competition for the best students idea,
  4. recommendations for faculties regarding the modification of study modules, through the introduction of topics in the area of entrepreneurship, innovations, intellectual property management, etc.
  5. five Creativity centres,
  6. numerous mobility activities towards European institutions.

Objective:

The general objective of the project is to foster Serbian innovative capacity by modernizing Serbian HE system and providing sustainable source of high-quality human resources. The project will achieve this by developing and realizing interdisciplinary postgraduate curricula in the field of innovation management based on best practice from existing EU study programs and according to the Bologna requirements at Serbian HE.

Specific project objectives:

1. To develop and implement interdisciplinary PhD program in innovation management as a joint degree of 4 Serbian universities,
2. To develop and implement interdisciplinary master program in innovation management as a joint degree of 4 Serbian universities,
3. To develop and implement certified innovation management courses for industry professionals to enable career development and increase employability.

These objectives should be achieved through synergetic partnership of 3 Serbian public and 1 private university, 1 college of applied sciences, 6 organizations representing key Serbian stakeholders, 4 well known EU universities and 2 non-academic EU partners with extensive experience in dealing with innovation and curriculum development.

The principal outcomes will include:

Defined structures, research and teaching contents of curricula for joint degree PhD and master programs in innovation management, their accreditation and realization, developed and implemented set of LLL courses for professionals, updated teachers’ and trainers’ skills, introduced interdisciplinary and practical oriented teaching approach, established laboratory and virtual learning environment, published new books, realized teachers and students mobilities, and established Serbian Innovation Management Council.
